New Ticket Time Policy

Thank you all for utilizing the LivingDirectories Support Ticket and Billing System.

In order to better keep track of billable time we will be assigning all new tickets a base Tech Time of 15-minutes. Ongoing tickets and ticket entries will have Tech Time logged in the body of the tickets as usual until closed and billed as appropriated based on your current service contract.
