Support Contract 2 hours per month

1. Maintain Current Website
2. Install and configure Joomla Extensions as needed
3. Update content with client provided text as requested
4. Update images with client provided images as requested
5. Update link with client provided links as requested

6. Fix website related errors when they occur to the best of our ability within technical constraints

7. All requests for services under this contract will utilize our website support ticket system.

Programming and/or Telephone support provided for 2 hours per month for a period of 12 months. Additional time (over the contacted 2 hours/month) will be billed at a rate of $100/hr to be invoiced monthly with a detailed timesheet of work performed. Unused support time per month does not accumulate for future use beyond the calendar month. Telephone time counts against the 2-hour contracted time allotment
